Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 3 russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup 2% low-fat milk
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 -Using the butter, grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 3 -Spread the potatoes evenly in the prepared baking dish.

Step 4 -In a large bowl, add the heavy cream, the milk, the garlic, the flour, the salt, and the black pepper and whisk to combine.
