Here's a pull-apart bread that will bring people together! Breakfast Pull-Apart Bread takes flaky, buttery biscuits and transforms them into a stretchy, cheesy delight loaded with crispy turkey bacon. Baked to a gorgeous golden brown and infused with rich breakfast flavors, Breakfast Pull-Apart Bread is guaranteed to become a brunch-time classic. Get ready to wow everyone with this sunny morning treat!
Ingredients
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cut into small pieces
- 2 (16-ounce) cans refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- cooking spray, to taste
Directions
Step 1 -Place the turkey bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat.
Step 2 -Cook and turn occasionally, until evenly browned, about 5 minutes.
Step 3 -Transfer the turkey bacon to a paper-towel-lined plate.
Step 4 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 5 -Spray a fluted tube pan or Bundt™ pan thoroughly with cooking spray.
Step 6 -Open the biscuit cans and separate the individual biscuits.
Step 7 -Cut each of the biscuits into 6 pieces.
Step 8 -Beat the eggs, the milk, the salt, and the pepper together in a bowl.
Step 9 -Dunk the biscuit pieces into the egg mixture and layer them into the fluted pan. Top each layer of the biscuits with the turkey bacon and cheddar cheese.
Step 10 -Pour any remaining egg mixture over the dough in the pan.
Step 11 -Spray the top of the bread with the cooking spray.
Step 12 -Bake until the top is browned, about 40 minutes.
Step 13 -Allow the bread to cool for 10 minutes.
Step 14 -Invert the bread onto a plate and serve.
