Grilled to perfection and slathered with a sweet and spicy sauce — what's not to love? Serve Bang Bang Shrimp as a flavor-packed appetizer or alongside any meal. You might want to triple the recipe!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 limes, juiced
- kosher salt, to taste
- ground black pepper, to taste
- 6 ears corn, husked
- cilantro, optional, to taste, chopped, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -Mix the chili sauce, the butter, the sriracha, the garlic, and the lime juice together in a bowl. Season with the salt and the pepper.
Step 2 -Slather the spice mixture all over each piece of the corn.
Step 3 -Heat the grill to medium-high.
Step 4 -Grill the seasoned corn, turning and slathering with remaining bang-bang sauce occasionally until slightly charred, about 10-15 minutes.
Step 5 -Drizzle with any of the remaining sauce, garnish with the cilantro, and serve.
