Ingredients
- 1 (28-ounce) package frozen chicken meatballs
- 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce, store-bought or homemade
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup peach preserves
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- parsley, optional, to taste, chopped, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -In a 6-quart slow cooker, add the meatballs.
Step 2 -In a small bowl, add the Buffalo sauce, the honey, the peach preserves, and the chicken broth and whisk to combine.
Step 3 -Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs.
Step 4 -Cover the slow cooker and cook on low until the meatballs are cooked through, about 4 hours.
Step 5 -In a small bowl, add the cornstarch and the water and whisk until the cornstarch is completely dissolved.
Step 6 -During the last hour of cooking time, add the slurry to the meatball mixture and stir to combine.
Step 7 -Serve garnished with the parsley.
