Ingredients

  • For the dip:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (15-16-ounce) jar salsa con queso
  • 1/2 cup prepared thick-and-chunky salsa, medium or hot
  • Optional, for serving:
  • cherry tomatoes, to taste, quartered
  • green onions, to taste, thinly sliced
  • fresh cilantro leaves, to taste
  • tortilla chips, to taste

Directions

Step 1 -In a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook, while crumbling, until it is no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes.

Step 2 -Add the salsa con queso and the chunky salsa to the beef and cook, while stirring, until heated through, about 3 minutes.

Step 3 -In a shallow serving dish, add the dip mixture.

Step 4 -Top with the tomatoes, the green onions, and the cilantro.

Step 5 -Serve with the chips.
