Ingredients
- 9 ounces white baking chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups ridged plain potato chips, coarsely crushed
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
Step 1 -Line two baking sheets with wax paper.
Step 2 -In a large, microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate.
Step 3 -Melt the chocolate in the microwave, heating it for 20-30-second increments and stirring gently between increments to ensure even, smooth melting, about 1-2 minutes.
Step 4 -Add the potato chips and the pecans to the melted chocolate and stir to combine.
Step 5 -Drop the potato chip mixture by the tablespoonful onto the prepared baking sheets.
Step 6 -Refrigerate the clusters until set, about 30 minutes.
Step 7 -Serve.
