Ingredients

  • 2 large green apples, such as Granny Smith, chopped
  • 2 large red apples, such as Fuji or Honeycrisp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Step 1 -In a large bowl, add the green apples, the red apples, the walnuts, the coconut, and the raisins and stir to combine.

Step 2 -In a small bowl, add the vanilla yogurt, the honey, and the ground cinnamon and whisk until blended.

Step 3 -Add the yogurt mixture to the apple mixture and toss to coat.

Step 4 -Refrigerate until ready to serve.
