Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 heads cauliflower, cut into 1/2-inch steak slices
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 -Coat an 18x26-inch baking sheet with nonstick spray.

Step 3 -In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, the garlic, the oregano, the thyme, the rosemary, and the parsley and mix well.

Step 4 -Place the cauliflower steaks in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 5 -Use a basting brush to cover both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the olive oil mixture.

Step 6 -Season the cauliflower with the kosher salt and the black pepper.

Step 7 -Bake the cauliflower steaks, flipping them halfway, until they are golden-brown, about 20-25 minutes.

Step 8 -Sprinkle the cauliflower with the parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
