Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups frozen imitation whipped topping, thawed
- 18 chocolate sandwich cookies
Directions
Step 1 -Add the cream cheese, the powdered sugar, and the vanilla into a large mixing bowl.
Step 2 -Use an electric mixer to cream the ingredients together until smooth.
Step 3 -Add the imitation whipped topping to the bowl and use a rubber spatula to fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
Step 4 -Place the chocolate sandwich cookies in a resealable plastic bag and crumble them.
