About
You probably don't expect your dump cake to have a bounty of autumnal deliciousness bubbling just under the surface! That's why this is the Apple Surprise Dump Cake! The filling is jammy, tender, and beautifully fall-inspired, with the tart apples enhanced by sharp citrus and smoky brown sugar. On top is a buttery, crumbly snickerdoodle crust with plenty of cinnamon-sugar (is it just us or does cookie dough make the best kind of crust?). You'll be surprised by how much you love the Apple Surprise Dump Cake... or perhaps it won't surprise you at all!
