About

To know her is to love her. Truly! Our dear friend Bethany's sweet presence is such a gift to our lives, and we love any excuse to celebrate her. This time, it's a little sad, though, as we have to say "see you later" for now... but we know there is no better way to send her off than by doing what we do best. Cheers to The Bethany Blush! This beautiful, rosé-infused frozen treat is a classic that will honor her as she goes forward to focus on the beautiful life in front of her. May she always know just how much she's cherished and may her life continue to be just as delightfully sweet as The Bethany Blush! Here's to her!

Ingredients

  • 1 (750-mililiter) bottle rosé, divided
  • 1 1/2 cups ripe strawberries, hulled and halved, plus more, to taste, for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

Step 1 -Pour about 2/3 of the rosé into a glass measuring cup, cover, and set it aside in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Step 2 -In a blender, add the remaining rosé, 1 1/2 cups of the strawberries, and the honey, cover, and blend until it is smooth and fully combined.

Step 3 -Pour the rosé mixture through a strainer into a freezer-safe baking dish with a lid.

Step 4 -Place the lid on the baking dish and transfer it to the freezer. Chill the rosé mixture until it is frozen, for at least 6 hours and up to overnight. Note: The alcohol in the rosé mixture will keep it a slushy consistency.

Step 5 -In a blender, add the frozen rosé mixture, cover, and blend until it has a fluffy, light texture.

Step 6 -Evenly pour the frozen rosé mixture into wine glasses, then evenly top each with the reserved chilled rosé.

Step 7 -Serve the drinks garnished with the extra strawberry halves.
