Ingredients
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained, or 10 ounces fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese
- 3/4 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
- 1/2 cup whole Greek yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- kosher salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- pita chips, to taste, for serving
Directions
Step 1 -Place the artichokes, the spinach, the cream cheese, the mozzarella, the parmesan, the yogurt, the oregano, the garlic, the salt, and the pepper into a slow cooker, stirring to combine.
Step 2 -Cover and cook on low until the ingredients are well-combined and the flavors have melded together, about 2 hours.
Step 3 -Stir the dip again and transfer it to a serving dish of your choice.
Step 4 -Serve warm with the pita chips.
