Smoky and smooth, with notes of tropical pineapple and sweet and tart raspberries, floral peaches and sunny lemon, Summer Breeze is a refreshingly chill and yet electrically exciting beverage. Ingredients
- ice, to taste
- 1 1/2 ounces bourbon or whiskey
- 3/4 ounce pineapple juice
- 3/4 ounce raspberry syrup
- 1/2 ounce peach liqueur
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- fresh pineapple, optional, to taste, cubed, for garnish
- fresh raspberries, optional, to taste, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -Into a cocktail shaker, add the ice.
Step 2 -Add the bourbon, the pineapple juice, the raspberry syrup, the peach liqueur, and the lemon juice to the cocktail shaker and cover the shaker.
Step 3 -Shake vigorously to combine, about 30 seconds.
Step 4 -Pour the drink mixture into a coupe-style glass.
Step 5 -Serve garnished with the pineapple and the raspberries.
