Springtime Tilapia is ready in under 20 minutes, so you can quickly dig in and enjoy every moment of the season with a satisfied belly!
Ingredients
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, snipped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 (6-ounce) tilapia fillets
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- lemon wedges, optional, to taste, for serving
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2 -Use cooking spray to coat a 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
Step 3 -In a medium bowl, toss together the breadcrumbs, the olive oil, the dill, the salt, and the pepper.
Step 4 -Place the fillets on the prepared pan and brush with the lemon juice.
Step 5 -Evenly top the tilapia filets with the breadcrumb mixture, patting to help it adhere to the fish.
Step 6 -Bake, uncovered, on the upper oven rack until the fillets just begin to flake easily with a fork, about 12-15 minutes, and reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
Step 7 -Serve with the lemon wedges.
