Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese, finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, finely shredded
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 (14-ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained, artichokes squeezed to drain the excess liquid, chopped
  • 6 ounces frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain excess liquid

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 -Spray a 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 3 -In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, the sour cream, the mayonnaise, the garlic, the parmesan, the mozzarella, and the black pepper.

Step 4 -Add the artichokes and the spinach and stir well.

Step 5 -Pour the spinach-artichoke mixture evenly into the baking dish, smoothing out the top.

Step 6 -Bake until bubbly and melty, about 20 minutes.

Step 7 -Serve hot.
