About

It doesn't get much simpler than some Smothered Round Steak. Give the steak some color, then pop it in the slow cooker with molasses, soy sauce, and mushrooms. The result is a super juicy and tender steak with its rich beefy flavor complimented by a smoky molasses sweetness. With tomatoes for an element of brightness and egg noodles underneath for buttery joy, Smothered Round Steak checks all the boxes. Best of all, this is a slow cooker meal, so you can just put your feet up while dinner makes itself!
