Ingredients

  • 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 -Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 3 -In a shallow plate, combine the ranch mix, the breadcrumbs, and the parmesan cheese.

Step 4 -Place the mayonnaise in a second shallow plate.

Step 5 -Dredge both sides of the chicken breasts through the mayonnaise.

Step 6 -Dredge both sides of the chicken breasts through the breadcrumb mixture.

Step 7 -Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking dish.

Step 8 -Bake the chicken breasts until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 40 minutes.

Step 9 -Serve.
