  • 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, halved into cutlets
  • 1/2 (1-ounce) packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup Mexican-style cheese, shredded
  • fresh herbs, such as cilantro, optional, to taste, torn, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
