Ingredients

  • 9 slider rolls
  • 1/4 cup pesto
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 -Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

Step 3 -Cut the rolls in half lengthwise and place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.

Step 4 -Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.

Step 5 -Add the chicken evenly in a layer over the pesto.

Step 6 -Sprinkle the mozzarella over the chicken layer.

Step 7 -Return the top halves of the rolls to close the sandwiches.

Step 8 -In a small bowl, add the butter, the garlic salt, and the parsley and whisk to combine.

Step 9 -Brush the butter mixture over top of the sliders.

Step 10 -Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.

Step 11 -Bake until the mozzarella is softened, about 15-20 minutes.

Step 12 -Serve warm.
