Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cubed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • thinly sliced green onion, optional for garnish
  • sesame seeds, optional for garnish

Directions

Step 1 -Put the flour into a large plastic bag.

Step 2 -Then, season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

Step 3 -Add the chicken into the bag a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat the chicken evenly.

Step 4 -Using a large skillet, cook the chicken thighs in the oil in batches over medium heat until the chicken thighs are no longer pink.

Step 5 -Remove the chicken and cover to keep warm.

Step 6 -Using the same skillet, add together the remaining ingredients.

Step 7 -Bring to a boil, stirring to loosen browned bits from the pan. Stir until it has thickened.

Step 8 -Return the chicken to the pan; heat through. Sprinkle with the green onion and sesame seeds if desired, and serve.
