Ingredients

  • 4 peaches, ripe yet firm and thinly sliced, plus more, to taste, for garnish
  • 1 (750-milliliter) bottle white wine, such as pinot grigio
  • 8 ounces peach juice, fresh or store-bought
  • 4 ounces peach schnapps
  • 8 ounces sparkling water
  • ice, to taste
  • fresh mint sprigs, to taste, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 -In a large pitcher, add 4 of the sliced peaches, the wine, the peach juice, and the peach schnapps and stir to combine.

Step 2 -Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and chill the sangria mixture for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours.

Step 3 -Add the sparkling water to the chilled sangria mixture and stir to combine.

Step 4 -Evenly add the ice to the serving glasses and top with the sangria.

Step 5 -Serve the sangria garnished with the extra peach slices and the mint sprigs.
