Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fish seasoning, such as Fish Monger® Seafood Blend or a homemade blend
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 pound swordfish steaks
  • parsley, to taste, chopped, for garnish
  • lemon slices, to taste, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 -In a large resealable plastic bag, add the fish seasoning, the oil, the garlic, the soy sauce, the Worcestershire sauce, the lemon juice, and the swordfish steaks and seal the bag.

Step 2 -Transfer the bag to the refrigerator and marinate the swordfish steaks, for at least 30 minutes and up to overnight.

Step 3 -Preheat the grill to high heat.

Step 4 -Add the marinated swordfish steaks to the grill and cook, about 4-6 minutes.

Step 5 -Flip the swordfish steaks and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F and flake easily but maintain firmness, about 4-6 minutes.

Step 6 -Serve the swordfish steaks garnished with the parsley and the lemon slices.
