  • 7 ounces pineapple, fresh or canned, cubed
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and broken into chunks
  • 1 (1-inch) knob fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1/3 cup cashew nuts
  • 1 lime, juiced, plus 1 lime, sliced, for garnish
