  • 1 ounce grapefruit cordial
  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce Campari
  • 1/2 ounce chile liqueur
  • ice, for chilling and enough to fill a glass
  • club soda, to taste
  • tajin, optional, for garnish
  • lime, optional, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 -In a cocktail shaker, add the grapefruit cordial, lime juice, Campari, and chile liqueur.

Step 2 -Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.

Step 3 -Return the lid to the shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.

Step 4 -Fill your desired glass with ice.

Step 5 -Strain the liquid into the glass.

Step 6 -Top with the club soda and garnish with a tajin and lime.

Step 7 -Serve!
