Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups light sour cream, divided
- 1 1/2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can fat-free refried beans
- 1 cup chunky salsa, drained
- 1 cup prepared guacamole
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, cored and seeded, chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced and drained
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced, green part only
- tortilla chips, to taste, for serving
Directions
Step 1 -In a small bowl, combine the taco seasoning and 1 cup of the sour cream. Set it aside.
Step 2 -Spread the refried beans onto the bottom of a 9-inch dish.
Step 3 -Spread the seasoned sour cream mixture on top of the refried beans, making it as even as possible.
Step 4 -Spread the salsa on top of the seasoned sour cream mixture.
Step 5 -Top with the guacamole, leaving a 1 1/2-2-inch border around the dish.
Step 6 -Sprinkle the shredded cheese around the outer perimeter of the dish.
Step 7 -Spread the olives, the tomatoes, and the green onions on top of the shredded cheese.
Step 8 -Put the remaining sour cream in a pastry bag fitted with a round tip. If you don't have access to a pastry bag, you can cut the corner off of a sealable plastic bag.
Step 9 -Place 1 dollop of the sour cream in the center of the guacamole.
Step 10 -Then, pipe multiple circles around the dollop.
Step 11 -Using a toothpick, make the spider web. Start at the center of the dollop, dragging it out past the outer circle of the sour cream.
Step 12 -Set a plastic spider in the center of the spider web, if desired.
Step 13 -Cover and refrigerate.
Step 14 -Serve with the tortilla chips.
