About
Ham & Cheese Pinwheels are a hot ham and cheese sandwich's dolled-up, more put-together cousin. Why? Because savory Swiss cheese is melted together with smokey ham atop buttery pizza dough. Cut into the most picturesque golden-brown, crispy pinwheels, they're smothered with an incredible, buttery poppy seed sauce. Some say the sauce is responsible for heightening it above its kin; others give credit to its ability to be served as a delectable party appetizer. Everyone seems to agree though that Ham & Cheese Pinwheels are fun, surprisingly simple, and something you'll always want around!

Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 5 -Layer the cheese on top of the ham, covering the ham completely.
Step 6 -Starting at one of the longer ends, tightly roll up the ham-and-cheese-covered dough, jelly-roll style. Pinch the seam and ends to seal.

Step 8 -Arrange the pieces on the prepared pan, with one of the swirl-sides up.
Step 9 -Whisk together the butter, the brown sugar, the Dijon mustard, and the poppy seeds.
Step 10 -Pour the butter mix evenly over the pinwheels.
Step 11 -Bake the pinwheels until they are golden-brown, about 25-30 minutes.
Step 12 -Sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
