  • 4 pork loin chops
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Season the pork chops with the salt and pepper.
