Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and place an oven rack in the center position.
Step 2 -Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and coat it generously with cooking spray.
Step 3 -In a bowl, add the Brussels sprouts, the olive oil, the garlic powder, the Italian seasoning, and the salt and mix together.
Step 4 -Cover the bottom of the prepared sheet pan evenly with the parmesan cheese, leaving a 1-inch border all around the perimeter.
Step 5 -Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts over the parmesan cheese, cut-side down, keeping them close together.
Step 6 -Bake until the bottoms are golden and crisp and the they are tender when pierced with a knife, about 25-30 minutes.
