Throw on the slightly spicy taco meat, the sweet corn, the juicy tomatoes, the salty cheese, and some sweet Catalina dressing and give it a toss. Serve it up with a sprinkle of crunchy corn chips and you've created a meal better than you could have ever imagined. So, don't sweat it! Step 1 -In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook, while crumbling, until it is no longer pink. Drain the excess grease.

Step 2 -Add the taco seasoning to the beef and cook, while stirring, until it has thickened.

Step 3 -Transfer the beef from the heat.

Step 4 -In a large bowl, add the lettuce, the cooked beef, the corn, the tomatoes, the cheese, and the dressing and toss to coat.

Step 5 -Serve the salad topped with the corn chips.
