Ingredients
- 4 cups fusilli pasta
- 4 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
- 2 (10.75-ounce) cans condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 3 cups fresh baby spinach, chopped
- 2 cups Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 -Coat two (8-inch-square) baking dishes with cooking spray.
Step 3 -In a large pot of salted, boiling water, add the pasta and cook it to al dente, according to the package directions.
Step 4 -In a large bowl, add the chicken, the soup, the bacon, the milk, and the mayonnaise and stir to combine.
Step 5 -Add the tomatoes and the spinach to the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
Step 6 -Drain the pasta.
Step 7 -Add the drained pasta to the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
Step 8 -Add the chicken mixture evenly to the prepared baking dishes.
Step 9 -Sprinkle the chicken mixture evenly with the cheese.
Step 10 -Cover the baking dishes and bake until bubbly and the cheese is melted, about 35-40 minutes.
Step 11 -Serve.
