Ingredients

  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (14-ounce) package seasoned stuffing croutons
  • 4 cups chicken, shredded and cooked
  • fresh parsley, optional, minced

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 -Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 3 -In a large bowl, combine the broth, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and butter.

Step 4 -Stir in the croutons and chicken.

Step 5 -Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Step 6 -Bake until heated through, about 20-25 minutes. Serve garnished with parsley.
