Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (16-ounce) jar sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 3 (8-ounce) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 -Grease two baking sheets.
Step 3 -In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the beef and the onions and cook, while crumbling the beef, until the meat is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 4 -Drain the excess fat from the skillet.
Step 5 -Add the sauerkraut and the cheese and stir to combine.
Step 6 -Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into rectangles, pinching the seams closed.
Step 7 -Transfer the dough rectangles to the prepared baking sheets, spreading them out evenly.
Step 8 -In the center of each dough rectangle, add 1/2 cup of the beef mixture.
Step 9 -Brings the corners of the dough rectangle to the center and pinch to seal.
Step 10 -Bake until the crescent crusts are golden-brown, about 15-18 minutes.
Step 11 -Serve.
