Triple-the-Fun Sparklers are a colorful display of fruit goodness, with berry-filled ice cubes floating in a bubbly, fizzy citrus and honey brew! So refreshing and cool, Triple-the-Fun Sparklers help you beat the summer heat with brilliance!
Ingredients
- For the berry ice cubes:
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup raspberries
- 1/3 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 1/4 cups coconut water
- For the drink:
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 (12-ounce) cans seltzer
Directions
Step 1 -In the wells of a large ice tray, evenly add the blueberries, the raspberries, and the strawberries.
Step 2 -Evenly add the coconut water to the wells of the ice tray. You may not need to use all of the coconut water.
Step 3 -Transfer the filled ice tray to the freezer and freeze until frozen solid, about 4 hours.
Step 4 -In a pitcher or large measuring cup, add the honey, the lime juice, and the lemon juice and stir until the honey is completely dissolved.
Step 5 -Add the seltzer to the honey mixture and stir gently to combine.
Step 6 -Fill six serving glasses with an even amount of the berry ice cubes.
Step 7 -Fill the glasses with the seltzer mixture.
Step 8 -Serve.
