Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika
  • 3 pounds chicken thighs

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 -Grease a jelly roll pan or a similar baking dish.

Step 3 -In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the pepper, the salt, and the paprika together.

Step 4 -Dredge the chicken thighs in the flour mixture and then place them in the prepared baking dish, skin-side down.
