  • 1 box butter pecan cake mix
  • 1 can coconut-pecan frosting
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
  • powdered sugar, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 -Generously grease a 10-inch fluted cake pan.

Step 3 -In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, the frosting, the water, the vegetable oil, the eggs, and the pecans together.
