  • 2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 1/4 pounds red potatoes, diced
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions
