Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 cups RumChata
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon-flavored whiskey
  • 1/4 cup vanilla icing, store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch, crushed, plus more, to taste, for garnish
  • ice, to taste
  • whipped cream, to taste, store-bought or homemade, for topping

Directions

Step 1 -In a large pitcher, add the RumChata and the whiskey and stir to combine.

Step 2 -Use a butter knife to spread the icing onto the rims of six glasses.

Step 3 -On a small plate, add 1/2 cup of the crushed cereal crumbs.

Step 4 -Invert the icing-rimmed glasses, one at time, and press them into the cereal crumbs to cover the edges of the rim.

Step 5 -Add ice to the glasses, then evenly pour the RumChata mixture into each glass.

Step 6 -Serve the drinks topped with the whipped cream, garnished with the extra crushed cereal.
