  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Directions

Step 1 -In a pot of boiling water, cook the Brussels sprouts until softened, about 8 minutes.

Step 2 -Transfer the Brussels sprouts from the water and drain them.

Step 3 -Using a saucepan over medium, heat the butter and garlic until the mixture is bubbly, about 2 minutes.
