Oven-Finished Steak

Time: 1 hour 25 minutes

Yield: 2 servings

About

There's a reason chefs everywhere love this Oven-Finished Steak; it gives you so much more control over your meat. Simply pan-searing the steak can make it harder to determine if the steak is cooked through or if it is cooked evenly. Oven-Finished Steak ensures both while still offering a delicious, golden-brown jacket on the outside! And the steak itself is savory, but also tangy and bright, thanks to its sunny marinade. It may be the Oven-Finished Steak, but the taste just keeps on going!
