Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 4 cups rotisserie chicken, chopped and cooked
- 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
Step 1 -Prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2 -In a large bowl, whisk the sour cream, cottage cheese, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder together.
Step 3 -Mix in the uncooked pasta and cooked chicken.
Step 4 -Pour the pasta and chicken mixture into the prepared pan.
Step 5 -Cover and refrigerate overnight, about 8 hours.
Step 6 -Take the dish out of the refrigerator and uncover it. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 7 -Top the pasta with the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese. Bake for 1 hour, uncovered.
Step 8 -Serve warm!
