Ingredients

  • 1 romaine heart, chopped
  • 5 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 small red onion
  • 2 green onions
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced and halved
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • croutons of choice, to taste
  • salad dressing of choice, to taste
  • sea salt, for garnish, to taste

Directions

Step 1 -Wash the romaine hearts and the mixed greens.

Step 2 -Thinly slice the red onion and the green onions.

Step 3 -In a large bowl, toss together the lettuce, the greens, the red onion, the green onions, the cucumber, the carrot, the radishes, and the pepperoncini.

Step 4 -Top the salads with the sunflower seeds and the croutons.

Step 5 -Drizzle the salad with your dressing of choice.

Step 6 -Garnish with the salt and serve.
