Ingredients
- 1 (17.5-ounce, 6-count) can large refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing packet
- 6 tablespoons vanilla ice cream, plus more, to taste, for serving
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 -Open the cinnamon roll package and separate the rolls, reserving the icing packet.
Step 3 -Place the rolls in a 9-inch cast-iron pan.
Step 4 -Add 1 tablespoon of the ice cream on top of each of the rolls.
Step 5 -Bake the rolls until the middles are set, about 1-2 minutes more than the package directions call for.
Step 6 -Allow the rolls to cool for 5 minutes.
Step 7 -Drizzle the hot rolls with the reserved icing.
Step 8 -Serve the rolls with the extra ice cream.
