Ingredients

  • For the oatmeal:
  • 1 1/3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cups fat-free milk
  • 3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Optional, for topping:
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen dark sweet cherries, pitted, thawed if frozen
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped

Directions

Step 1 -In a small bowl, add the oats, the milk, the yogurt, and the honey and stir to combine.

Step 2 -Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for at least 8 hours and up to overnight.

Step 3 -Add the oatmeal mixture evenly to four serving bowls.

Step 4 -Top each bowl evenly with the cherries, the blueberries, and the walnuts.

Step 5 -Serve.
