  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • feta cheese, to taste, crumbled, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2 -Using soaked wooden skewers, alternate the watermelon cubes and the pineapple cubes until the skewers are full.

Step 3 -In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and the lime juice.

Step 4 -Brush the honey-lime mixture onto the fruit cubes.

Step 5 -Grill the skewers until they begin to brown and caramelize, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Step 6 -Serve warm topped with the crumbled feta cheese.
