Ingredients

  • 1 serving macaroni and cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter spread
  • 4 slices sandwich bread, of your choice
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1 -Prepare the macaroni and cheese, using a purchased package, a homemade recipe, or even a pre-made option from your grocery store.

Step 2 -Spread 1/2 tablespoon of the butter spread on each slice of bread.

Step 3 -Place 1 cheese slice on top of each un-buttered side of the bread.

Step 4 -Spread half of the macaroni and cheese on each of the un-buttered slices of the bread.

Step 5 -Place the slices of bread together, forming two sandwiches with the butter spread on the outside.

Step 6 -Heat a frying pan on the stove over medium heat.

Step 7 -When the pan is hot, place both sandwiches in the pan and cook the buttered sides until golden brown and the cheeses have melted, about 4 minutes.

Step 8 -Serve immediately.
