Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • other seasonings, optional, of your choice, to taste

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Place a baking sheet in the oven while it heats up.

Step 2 -In a mixing bowl, toss the frozen vegetables with olive oil.

Step 3 -Season with salt, pepper, and other seasonings.

Step 4 -Spread the vegetables in a single layer on the hot baking sheet.

Step 5 -Roast for 15 minutes.

Step 6 -Stir the vegetables and return them to the oven.

Step 7 -Roast until the edges are golden brown and crisp, about 10-15 minutes. Some vegetables may be done after the initial roasting, so keep an eye on them.

Step 8 -Serve.
