Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, freshly shredded
- 3 1/2 cups ranch-flavored tortilla chips, finely crushed
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2 -In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the sour cream, the garlic, the black pepper, and the parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
Step 3 -In a shallow dish, add the crushed tortilla chips.
Step 4 -Dry the chicken breasts with paper towels.
Step 5 -Season the chicken on all sides with the sea salt.
Step 6 -Dip the chicken breasts, 1 at time, into the mayo mixture and evenly coat them on both sides.
Step 7 -Dip each of the mayo-coated chicken breasts into the crushed tortilla chips and flip to thoroughly coat each side.
Step 8 -Add the dredged chicken breasts to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Step 9 -Bake, uncovered, until the chicken breasts reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 40 minutes.
Step 10 -Serve.
