  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup green cabbage, shredded
  • 3 ounces shiitake mushrooms, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha, plus more, to taste, for serving
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 36 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • soy sauce, optional, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -Combine the pork, the cabbage, the mushrooms, the garlic, the green onions, the hoisin, the ginger, the sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of the sriracha, and the white pepper in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2 -Place the dumpling wrappers on a work surface.

Step 3 -Using a spoon, scoop 1 tablespoon of the pork mixture and place it into the center of each of the wrappers.

Step 4 -Rub the edges of the wrappers with water using your finger.

Step 5 -Fold the wrapper over the filling, creating a triangle shape, then pinch the edges to seal.

Step 6 -Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Step 7 -When the oil is heated, add the potstickers in one layer. Cook until golden-brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes each.

Step 8 -Serve with the soy sauce and the exra sriracha.
