  • For the dip:
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • cayenne pepper, optional, to taste
  • Optional, for serving:
  • dill pickles, finely chopped
  • fresh dill, chopped
  • potato chips, to taste

Directions

Step 1 -In a medium-sized bowl, add the cream cheese, 1 cup of the chopped pickles, the sour cream, the pickle juice, 1 tablespoon of the chopped dill, the garlic, and the cayenne pepper and stir to combine until smooth.

Step 2 -Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dip for 30 minutes.

Step 3 -Garnish the dip with the extra chopped pickles and the extra dill.

Step 4 -Serve with the potato chips.
