And boy, oh boy, will you want to demolish it! Gooey, tangy, and creamy, you'll definitely be tempted to take a swim in these addictive waves of deliciousness. While we don't advise that, we highly recommend using your favorite cracker or chip for the ultimate experience. Hang ten with California Crack Dip, and you won't be disappointed!

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (1-ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided
  • 2 cups Colby-Jack cheese, shredded, divided
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 3 green onions, chopped, divided
  • crackers, of your choice, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 -Coat a 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 3 -In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, the sour cream, the ranch seasoning, 9 slices of the crumbled bacon, and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese and stir until it is well-combined.

Step 4 -Stir the chicken pieces and 2 of the chopped green onions into the cream cheese mixture.

Step 5 -Evenly spread the chicken dip into the prepared baking dish, then evenly sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Step 6 -Bake the chicken dip until it is hot and bubbly, about 25-30 minutes.

Step 7 -Evenly sprinkle the chicken dip with the remaining chopped green onions and the remaining crumbled bacon.

Step 8 -Serve the chicken dip with the crackers.
